Here is my little crawler trying to get away. Did you notice those pigtails with bows! Her hair is growing a little bit.

Williams Family Summer Vacation

We just had a great week on a Williams family trip. First thing Monday we dropped off Maylie at Luke Grandmas house and headed off on the road to  Lagoon. The boys were so excited! The ride was made especially fun because Kayl and Brielle got to ride with us.

Once we got to Lagoon, the kids didn't know where to start. There was just so much to do. All of the older kids went off to ride the "Big" rides and Tyce and I went with the boys to find the kids rides. It was so much fun watching their faces. There weren't a ton of people there so the rides lasted longer then normal.

After a couple hours we meet up with everyone and found a TRAIN RIDE. Rhev was so excited he could hardly contain it. The line was really long and it just about killed him to wait. Once we got on the train, there was pure excitement from both of them. It was truly the highlight of Rhev's day.

After the train ride finished, Grandma and Grandpa volunteered to take the boys on rides so Tyce and I could go on some big rides. It really was fun to be able to go with all the siblings. They all teased me and said I scream too much, but i have a different opinion ;)

After the big kid rides Kayl decided to try his hand at one of the basketball shot games. He was determined to win a prize for the boys. We were all so excited when he did. The only problem is that I have two boys. So of course Grandpa put the money up for Kayl to try again for another prize. It's a good thing Kayl is a good shot. Now we are the proud owners of two 10 inch tigers. Trayvn has named his tiger "Tigery".

As the day went on and closing time got close, we were able to bribe Tyce and Kelynn into going on the sling shot.

You can see the fear on their faces. Once it finally went off, both of them were screaming like babies. I couldn't believe just how high that thing went and it went on forever. It was one of the funniest things I've seen my husband do.

It was now closing time so we headed out to the car. That night we stayed in a hotel in SLC. The next morning we woke up and headed over to Hogal Zoo. I went to the Zoo when I was little, but I think I was more excited to see the animals then the kids.

It was so fun to see all the exotic animals up close. It wasn't a really great time of the year to be going to the zoo because alot of the animals were hiding in their cages and we didn't get to see about half of them. That was a pretty big bummer.

These next pictures are of the boys being able to touch different animal skins. Both of them were very interested.

After that Rhev started to get bored and didn't like the slow pace that everyone else was going. So Mom kept up with him and we moved pretty fast. Trayvn however, enjoyed every minute and was content to take his time with everything.

Rhev loved having the elephant blow water on him

It was such a hot sunny day and with the animals not really out and about, we ended up not staying super long at the zoo. We then headed back to SLC town-site to walk around temple square and the mall. We also were able to take a ride on the "City Train". Rhev has such a love for trains. His face just completely lights up.
After a long, hot day it was finally time to go home. We were all tired and we had a full day ahead of us.

Wednesday we got the camper loaded, hooked up and headed off to Island Park to finish our week off camping. It was a week of fishing, riding bikes, campfires and fun.

Thursday we drove over to West Yellowstone. We spent the whole day driving through the park. We saw lots of waterfalls and geysers,  but saw only 1 moose. No other animals. Still, it was fun

Daddy had to leave and go back to work that night. I hate that he has to leave and doesn't get to do the fun stuff with us. It would be nice if  pipe didn't rule his life.

Friday we got our swim gear on and went over to warm river to go on a float. It was a Blast!!! At first the boys were nervous, but eventually they relaxed and started having fun. It was a good 3 hour float. We could have gone faster, but it was more fun to take it slow and jump into the water and have some fun. We also got to see alot of fish in the water. The water was so clear, and the fish were so big. Too bad we weren't fishing :)

The rest of the week we spent at the campsite. The boys loved being boys and were so dirty. When daddy finally got a break from pipe, he hurried to pick us up and take us home. I think all of us were excited to go home and get our Maylie Hope. We missed her so much! The age that she is at right now is so hard. She's mobile and busy, but not quite old enough to be able to do all the adventures we went on. Luckily we have Luke Grandma who was willing to keep her and spoil her for a week. I think Maylie enjoyed every minute of it.

Kid Krazy

Let's face it, I have the cutest kids. They are also the craziest kids! They sure do keep me on my toes, but I love them so much!

Bath time. Every kids needs to have "Mommy black-male" for the future. These kids love to splash and play in the tub.

Now little sister wants her chance to get back in the tub. She will try anything to get in!

Activity Days Swimin Party

My calling right now is the activity days leader. I have a large and great bunch of girls. Every summer we try to do an activity where we go to the Blackfoot swimming pool and swim. We really had a fun time. Lots of silliness. Afterwards we went to Rupes for fries and ice cream. I was able to get a cute picture of them all.
