This week I decided that I needed to take the time to teach Rhev how to hold an carry Maylie. He is very interested in her and I think he is big enough, plus it will make it so I don't have to worry about him picking her up without me knowing and hurting her. He has done so well with it. I am so proud of him. He loves her so much. Whenever she cries, he if the first one to go and pick her up and sooth her. He is so careful and I think she really does feel safe in his arms.
Before bed the other night, Tyce and I wanted to watch a show. So instead of arguing and begging for a kid show, my two little boys laid in front of the couch and watched angry bird video together. I loved hearing them laugh together on the funny parts. They crack me up.
Since the day Maylie was born she has struggled with pooping. She goes anywhere from 6-8 days in between pooping. So when she does poop, it is a huge explosion. Tonight the explosion happened on her white blanket that we got for Camri and Cienna. Needless to say, I got to do a lot of scrubbing. But at least she finally pooped.
I am one lucky Mom. I am reminded everyday by my wonderful kids. I'm so grateful to have the job that I have!
