Picasso

5 days after Maylie was born we took a trip down to Salt Lake City to buy a  sectional couch from someone who was selling it on KSL. We have absolutely loved having a couch that is more comfortable and so much bigger then our little futon.  Well today Trayvn decided he though it needed a little bit more design on it.  So with a dry erase marker he went....... over the WHOLE couch and one pillow!

You can see the marker is starting to fade because he used all the ink out of it.

This did not make for a happy Mom. Not only had he colored on the couch, they had taken the battleship game and a box of goldfish crackers and dumped them on the floor. Where was I you might ask, well I was just in the other room feeding Maylie. They accomplished all of this within a 10 minute time frame.
So the rest of the day I got to spend with 3 bottles of rubbing alcohol and cotton balls dabbing it a little spot at a time. 4 1/2 hours later, the marker was all gone. But that's not the best part, when Tyce got home from work he just had to ask me what I had done all day. Yep, not a good choice for him to make on  this particular day!

The other funny part to this story is that when Rhev  was Trayvn's exact age, he did the same thing to our other couch only then we didn't know how to get it out so we just went out and bought a couch cover.
I talked to Maylie and she said she won't do that when she is older, so I guess we will see :)
