Laying in Bed

Finally after two weeks with bad internet connection because of a bad router, I am finally back to blogging. Luckily not too much has happened these last few weeks so there isn't too much to catch up on. The boys are still having to spend every day at someone else's house, Tyce is still crazy with pipe and I'm still in bed. We were really hoping that by now the medication I'm on would be working better, but it still hasn't. I think we are all ready for life to be more settled and for the boys to have more of a routine at home again. Still, I am grateful that this little miss in my tummy is still there and growing amazingly. We are excited to have her around someday, even if that means Mom is lame and stuck to bed.

A lot of people wonder what you would do if you had even just one day to lay in bed all day. Well, there is not much you can do. I think I have watched more movies and you tube videos in the last 5 weeks then I have in my whole life:) That's about all you can do. Then my sweet mom came up with this fabulous idea one day when she was here cleaning. She said I should start making bows. It was a genius idea, so making bows is what I've done. By the time this little girl gets here, she is going to have enough bows to wear a different one every day of her life :) But seriously, making these bows is what is keeping my sanity right now. I truly hate laying around and doing nothing. I am way too much of a busy bum. This is a view of my bed on a daily basis. You have the laptop with a show on, my drawer of ribbon, and a pile of bows.

As I finish a bow, I have to burn the edges of the ribbon so it won't fray. Whenever Trayvn is here, her thinks that blowing out my lighter while I'm melting is the funniest thing ever. He's getting really sneaky and fast at it.

I just love my Traymum's

As you can see, lying in bed all day isn't the greatest. Ya sure, some might think having someone clean your house, do your laundry, cook your food, and take care of you kids all for free might be something to be desired, but for this girl, I live my life to do those things. I love cleaning, cooking, and playing. I am so excited to be a Mom again, but  I am still grateful for this time I have to learn just how much I love being a Mom and doing those things. I know I definitely took those things for granted when I was healthy and could do them. This will only make me a better person and help me be better when I'm healthy again. Heavenly Father has crazy ways of helping us learn. I am truly grateful for this eye opener on the important things that life has to offer.
