Go Cart at Luke Grandma's

Saturday the boys got to go over to "Luke Grandmas" and play. The boys have always really loved going to Luke Grandma's, but now it's even better because Grandpa bought a Go-Cart. Rhev loves it to say the least. He wants so bad to be able to drive it, but his legs just aren't long enough to reach the peddles.

Last Sunday, on Mothers day, the go-cart got broken. Grandpa had to take the wheels off to try and fix what was broken. He knew he needed to buy a new part. Rhev was not happy. His little heart was broken. He spent all Mothers Day evening trying to put the wheels back on and fix it so he could have a ride. All last week whenever they would go over there Rhev would again try to fix the Go-Kart. Finally Saturday Grandpa got it fixed. He wanted to make sure the wheels were spinning right so he put Rhev on the driver seat and pushed him around the yard. Of course Trayvn had to join in the fun so he climbed on and rode on the passenger set. Soon, before you knew it, the Go-kart was running and Grandpa came driving around on the lawn with both boys as happy as can be riding on the passenger set. Grandpa was a hero again. I also think Grandpa had just as much fun riding the go-kart as the boys did.  I love the happy memories the boys get to make everyday with so many special people.

The boys just love their Grandparents. When Luke Grandma comes over at night they always come up with something fun and crazy to do. One night they both climbed in the stroller so she pushed them around on the lawn.

Of course whenever she comes over she loves to help give them baths. She is way cooler then mommy is because it is ALWAYS a bubble bath when Grandma helps and she lets them take baths in mommy's giant tub. It's the little things that count and she knows just how to spoil them!

Another night when she was there, I had some popcorn popped and Trayvn came and plopped himself beside me. With Luke Grandma watching, he pulled funny faces for her as he ate the popcorn. The boy is an absolute cheese ball.

He can always make us smile.
There are so many fun and happy things that the boys are getting to experience right now. I truly hope they'll be able to remember these times and know just how much they are loved by so many people. I'm so grateful to my wonderful families. They do so much for my little family and I am so grateful to be living so close to so many of them. I couldn't imagine having to live far away from these boys grandparents, aunts and uncles. They do so much to raise them and help them grow. It's such a blessing to be a close family who is always willing to help out and be there for each other.
