Spring Break with Ari

We were lucky to have Ari come stay with us over her spring break. We really had a fun week. Tyce's cousin Torrey found out that she was going to be here so he thought it would be a fun idea to take her out on a date. I was so impressed with him and how respectful he was about it. Instead of asking her out over a text, he came over with his mom and Lillian to ask her out face to face. I thought that was neat and it also gave me a chance to play with lilly-billy.

That night was had a sleep over with Alex and Ari. Those two girls are so funny and they make me smile. I really do love them and I love being their Aunt.

The next morning Trayvn got a hold of my camera and started taking selfies of everyone.

We had a fun day of hanging out at home and just chillin'. That afternoon we spent getting Ari ready for her date. It was fun that she was able to raid my closet and find an outfit that she was happy in. She looked so pretty!

They had a great time bowling and Torrey even brought her home before curfew. He also invited her to go to a dance the next day. I'm glad that Ari was able to make some friends here in Idaho. Sometimes I feel like it can be pretty boring here and it makes me happy to know that she can still go out and be a teenager and not just be stuck with her Aunt and her kids :)

 My kids do love playing with Ari though. She was a good sport and spent the afternoon playing play-dough with the boys so I could keep working. It's a great looking castle!
