It's been a month and a half now that Tyce has taken over the role of Dad and Mom. I must say I am so impressed by him. The house and dishes stay clean, there is always food to eat and my boys are so happy. Me being on bed rest has really taken it's toll on Tyce emotionally and physically, and I have yet to hear him complain. Last night Tyce finally decided the time had come and we definitely needed some groceries. Tyce HATES shopping and this was something he has put off until it couldn't be put off any longer. To make matters even worse, we couldn't find someone to watch the kids that night and so he was going to have to take both boys. Not a good scenario!! I convinced him that I would be fine with Rhev at home and he would just have to take Trayvn. For almost 2 hours I was worried sick, sweating bullets and praying that it would be an okay experience for him and he would come home happy. When he finally arrived home, he made me laugh. He had gotten all sorts of interesting things including 10 bags of cereal. Trayvn was as happy as could be and I think they both loved the one on one time they got together. I was so proud of Tyce. I know it sounds silly, but grocery shopping is totally out of Tyce's ball park. I was really proud of him and it took a huge burden off of my shoulders. I'm so impressed by him and the role he is playing right now.
